Return To Work Coordination: Return to work programs allow individuals to return to work gradually and safely with physician consent. Individuals may return to full, modified or transitional duties. The Occupational Therapist assists in coordinating the return to work by designing the return to work plan and providing instruction and guidance for safe return to job duties.

Progressive Goal Attainment Program: Is a 10 week activity and mobility based program to assist individuals suffering with chronic pain. This program targets individuals with psychosocial risk factors and persistent pain symptoms. Returning to meaningful activities in one’s life (which may include return to work), despite pain symptoms, is the goal of treatment.

Cognitive Rehabilitation: Is aimed at restoring functions and learning how to adapt to and compensate for the losses associated with brain injury. Often, individuals will need to learn strategies to deal with their difficulties and/or adapt their environment to compensate for their problem areas arising from the brain injury. The goal of treatment is to return to functional levels of activity, as much as possible. |
