Job Site Analysis: Is a comprehensive and objective assessment of job tasks. A description of the essential job functions is provided as well as information on the work environment, work tools, and working conditions. This assessment includes a physical demands analysis which identifies postures, movements, forces, repetition, loads and other physical demands of each job task.

Office Ergonomic Assessment: Is an assessment of an individual’s workstation needs in relation to their stature, job tasks performed and work habits. Education regarding ergonomic principles and work habits is a large component of this assessment.

Home Assessment: Is an in-home assessment to determine an individual’s ability to function independently with their activities of daily living and self care tasks. Objective assessment findings indicate if equipment or renovations for accessibility are required to allow an individual to continue to live independently and safely in their own home. Assessments can also be done to determine the need for attendant care and homemaker services.

Job Matching: This is a file review examining Functional Capacity Evaluation results already completed with Job Site Analysis results. This document determines if a match exists between a worker’s physical ability level and the demands of the job. If relevant and possible, information will also be provided on how the job should be modified to become a match for the individual’s ability level.

Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS): Is an observational assessment tool used to measure an individual’s ability to complete their activities of daily living. The individual assessed chooses a couple of standardized tasks to perform that are familiar and relevant to him//her. Results can assist with determining whether an individual can function independently and safely and their need for assistance in their home.

ADL Profile: Assesses independence in everyday activities following traumatic brain injury through performance based assessment and questionnaire administered to both individual and significant other. Individuals are scored on 21 tasks. Results assist with identifying rehabilitation needs following injury.
